I booked for my stay at Adarsha Palace Hotel, Belgaum via Make My Trip. Unfortunately within a couple of hours of my booking the room this morning the customer cancelled the meeting at Belgaum. The meeting was moved by a couple of days. I requested the Make My Trip personnel to check with the hotel and move my booking by couple of days to accommodate my new itinerary. To my chagrin Make My Trip staff reverted saying the hotel refused to accede to my request and I couldn't cancel the booking. I ended up losing the full amount. To me it looked like an opportunistic way to make some quick money by the parties concerned. I did not receive any response from the hotel to my email as well.

The hotel has upgraded their Services a lot , Better than previous experience, Value for Money, Food is Good too, AND the Hotel has separate Veg Non Veg Restaurants, and also has huge Bar at the 5th Floor Nice place for hang-out

I am regular guest to this property whenever is visit Belgaum. This time i had a below average experience. Phone number is not working and the new number is not updated in your website. Their was not discount offered, since i had booked online and full amount paid. Room and washroom cleanliness needs to improve a lot.

Rooms are comfortable. Room amenities were ok for the price; for example soap and shampoo were provided, shower was adequate, but a water heating kettle with tea/coffee packets was missing. The best part of our stay was their vegetarian restaurant on ground floor. We ate dinner there and then a buffet breakfast. Food was absolutely wonderful and service was perfect. Overall a perfect place for an overnight quick stay.

We went to the vegetarian restaurant which was almost empty.We ordred a simple food of chapaties and veg dish.We kept on waiting for 45 minutes and called the cashier as to the reason for the delay He had a most amazing answer saying that sir We do not have server to serve you After 1 hour we were served.So if you are senior citizens and need a quick bite you better to ready to wait
